Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ClarityFlowCo. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged or worn, and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions for sending your item back to our distribution centre.

Items returned without a RAN will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care goods (beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, please email us before returning it.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item (once approved) and make a new purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once your order has been processed and shipped.


Consumer Guarantees (Australia)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If the goods are not of acceptable quality and the issue is not major, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
