Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive another email notification with your tracking number.

  • Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Shipping Times

  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days after processing (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Expedited/Priority Shipping: 5–9 business days after processing (available at checkout where applicable).

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location, local customs processes, seasonal demand., and unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or courier delays.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.
Expedited shipping options may incur an additional charge, which will be displayed at checkout (if available).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at transientelements@gmail.com

  • We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
